Article 5: Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Law, including the Australian Consumer Law, Vault Wealthholm shall bear no liability for technical downtime, API latency, or inaccuracies in third-party data feeds, nor for Force Majeure events including massive cyberattacks or national utility failures.

Article 6: Governing Law & Jurisdiction This Agreement is exclusively governed by the Laws of the State of Western Australia. Any dispute not settled amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Western Australia (sitting in Perth).
